Do you remember?

The Ways of old.

Wild. in your movements, instincts, intuition, trust, and emotions. Home to your inner wilderness, freeing you up to roam the Earth as you please.

Rooted. in your body, in your womb, in your connection to the earth. Founded in the language of your soul.

Do you remember
The ancient feminine?
She who lives in you now,
And prays you might see her. speak her.
Live her again.

Breathing her forgotten magic
Into the wyrds of your story.

Women's Psychotherapy

A Safe, Warm, Inviting Space for the Feminine to Reclaim Her Nature.

The mission of my work is to support you in peeling back layers of conditioning and trauma, so that you can energetically return to the  Root of your body; your connection with the Earth, natural rhythyms, and your soul inheritance.  Together we work to cultivate the Inner Wild of your emotional body, learning the art of channeling emotions and inviting in greater self-remembering. All women possess a magical nature unique to their individual soul, and it is in this reclamation of root and wild that a woman's vitality, passion, and joy for living may be set aflame with aliveness.

Meet Sionainn

My name is pronounced as "Shannon." I am a mystic, poet, writer, and professional counselor associate. I am now taking new clients for therapy sessions.  My counseling work focuses on restoring women to their innate wild and rooted connection, invigorating deep nervous system support, self-intimacy, and remembrance of the unique language of their soul. I offer a pathway that runs deeper than traditional talk therapy, approaching your wounds from doorways indigenous to your own being. I love to create psychospiritual maps in my counseling work with clients, and through poems, essays, and other creative writing.  My personal mythos centers around transcribing the word/wyrds from the unspoken worlds. I am in devotion to serving the forgotten soul words within nature, women, and myself.

"There is no sense talking about "being true to yourself" until you are sure what voice you are being true to. It takes hard work to differentiate the voices of the unconscious."
